With some guidance, kids can make their own lunches. They'll gain confidence in the kitchen and actually eat what they chose themselves

Measuring, mixing, stirring, slicing and dicing. Sure, to grown-ups, cooking can sometimes feel like a chore. But to kids, it’s fun! It’s time to unhurriedly experiment and relish the results.
