Show me a cook who can resist the allure of spring produce. Even if foraging for fiddleheads, nettles or ramps isn’t your speed, surely there’s something in the sweetness of spring carrots, snap of fresh asparagus, tartness of rhubarb or nuttiness of artichokes to catch your attention.
