Nutty, seedy, whole grain, gluten-free, vegan, and not to mention delicious; The Life-Changing Loaf of Bread propelled Sarah Britton’s blog My New Roots "into the stratosphere." Fibre-rich psyllium seed husks are the secret weapon here, binding the other ingredients and resulting in a dense, moist and chewy loaf that comes together in the pan. No flour is needed for this satisfying, toothsome, low-carb bread. And a measuring cup, spoon, knife and cutting board were the only dishes I washed after whipping it up – life-changing indeed for such toasty goodness.
